For newly hired employees, you are eligible for the voluntary benefit plans on a guaranteed issue basis (no health questions) within the first 30 days of being benefit eligible. Your eligibility begins the first of the month following 30 days of employment.
After your initial eligibility for these benefits, you may elect to enroll in the voluntary benefits on an annual basis. The next annual open enrollment is scheduled for September 2012. |
