Universal life insurance is a permanent form of life insurance. Coverage lasts the duration of your life. This policy grows cash value at a 3% interest rate. Coverage for yourself, spouse and child(dren) is available. Completion of a medical questionnaire is not required this year only for team members and eligible dependents. Limited medical questions will be required this year for spouse coverage.
