This service provides fast & free care to board certified physicians 24/7 who can diagnose certain illnesses, recommended treatment, and prescribe medications over the phone. You and your covered dependents will have unlimited consultations through the program. Physician consultations are guaranteed within 2 hours and generally take about 15 minutes.

Individual Mandate: Starting January 1, 2014, the ACA requires most individuals to have health insurance. If you do not have health insurance, you may be required to pay a penalty. If you have a family, your family members must also have health insurance. The 3 plans GCA is offering for 2014 will meet the mandate for "Minimum Essential Coverage", meaning that if you choose 1 of these 3 plans, your coverage will satisfy your requirement for maintaining health coverage under the individual mandate.
